We currently add the build number to the result. So we know what internal builds that each test was tested with. This is handy for traceability as we can see that a test was ran on say 4.0.2 and failed but was retested on 4.0.3 and passed. This would be needed for us to use Qase.

Also we have different units that are named so right now we can say that this test was ran on unit1 and this other test was ran on unit2.

It would be useful to be able to add custom information when passing or failing a test.
