Add the ability to set up webhooks with specific search parameters, i.e. when a trigger action is matching a pre-established search/filter query - "engage webhook connection, only when a new Test Run has been created by user X", etc.

If you can have webhook server with your BE team, you can implement with teamMemberID.

Ilya Volkov: In our case, we need to it's super critical to integrate Qase with our R&D planner. We need a webhook to send a defect only when it goes into Status in Progress. We only want to send to our R&D planner the defects that we consider important
