Unable to send automation case results

I set it up with reference, but the test results are not sent to qase.

We have ran into this same issue. Would this be due to different plans? Do we know how many active testruns can be done for different plans?

Imad Majid: Free plan has a limit of 2 active runs.

Could you share a bit more information? How do you execute/launch your automated run? What env variables for the cucumber reporter do you pass?
