Integration with Youtrack doesn't work if YouTrack runs on non-empty context

- Try to setup integration
(set base URL and token)
AR: Unable to connect to YouTrack
N.B. there is no such problem if YT runs with empty context (e.g. having base URL like http://TEST.ngrok.io)
