Test runs not updating with the cli commands

Hi there,
Sometimes the test runs are not getting updated for hours. and this has been happening frequently.
There is some issue which needs to be addressed.
I am using qase-pytest 4.1.0, qaseio 3.1.1.
CLI command used:
pytest -n 1 --qase-mode=testops --qase-to-api-token=<token> --qase-to-project=<project> --qase-to-plan=<plan_id> tests/
Pls let me know if more details are needed.
I have raised this issue over chat before. Hope this gets fixed soon.

I would like to suggest that you upgrade to the 5.x version of the reporter and try again if you are still having this issue.
