Ability to link a Jira issue while setting up a run

It would be nice to add a button to link Jira issue to a run in the run creation modal itself, so that it can be linked while setting up the run immediately, not after it's been created.

Super nice addition. Many people in our team miss this feature and pretty often forgot to go in Test Run to set an integration with JIRA.
