There should be an ability to NOT update test runs when they're Completed, when the test case moved from 1 suite to other, and/or was moved in the test repository. Currently when the test case is moved from 1 test suite to other, the Test Run is automatically updated. This makes confusion when sharing the public report and test cases were moved and ended up in different test suites.
