Add a template for "Defect".

Every time I create a new defect, I am copy-pasting from my template in Trello the formatted repetitive content such as 
"Environment:
User:
Steps:
Expected Result:
Actual Result:
, etc..." 
I would like to be able to make a few templates that I can reuse.

It should also be possible to transfer the procedure description, i.e. all steps of the test case, to the externally connected bug tracker. The text formatting should be retained. The result should be legible in the issue tracker. 
A table may be useful, with each step being a line in the table. 
For example
From a (failed) TestCase like in the image, a Jira Ticket with a description like in the image should be created: 
Of course, it would be better if the user himself could specify how he wants it transformed. Whether as a table, list or whatever else, the main thing is that it is then readable in the ticket system.
