It is crucial to filter out any deletion logs related to cases, plans, runs, or suites. Additionally, I believe that "Audit Logs" would be much more useful if additional filter options were added too.

This is particularly important since we cannot increase the number of items displayed in a page, making it difficult to search through (ctrl+F).
