Mega upvote on this one, as a new user of Qase, I have to go one by one through all the test case in my test plan to see if anyone added any comments, quite a pain in the 🍑.

It is very needed, as now the Comments section doesn't make sense.
So the following functionalities should be added:
- Add the possibility to mention people in comments
- The mentioned person gets a notification/email
- The creator of the case should get a notification/email

This functionality is really necessary. It often happens that you need to leave a message for the person who wrote the test case.

Now there're no notifications about discussions going on in the particular defect of the run, for instance.
