I have this problem all the time, i can edit the comment but not the status. Doing a retest is difficult if lots of images and text have been added to other steps in the case, and then have to be re-added all over again.

This is a high priority item as there's no way to distinguish if something is flaky vs someone accidentally entering the wrong result (which I did multiple times in one run).

In addition to modifying the status of a test run result while a test run is ongoing, one should be able to fully delete a run result (and not have to delete the test case from the test run then re-add).
