We've integrated Test Plans list into our CI platform and would like to have ability to store metadata within a Test Plan.
We would like to use custom fields with Test Plan entity. Unfortunately, at the moment there is no way to use custom fields with Test Plans.

Test plans are usually the place where the most data/info is to be added and description alone cannot fulfill all. Better if we have custom fields option to save the meta data.
