I want to see test cases in test run with the same formatting as in Repository

Precondition: test run page is opened.

Now we can collapse only latest level of hierarchy(see screen) but it would be better to see hierarchy of all folders like it done for Repository page

By the way, it will be great, if we could select all sub-suites with only one click to the checkbox near the parent suite. For both repository and test run view. TestRail has this feature
