I want to manage all my defects in Jira... not Qase. This sync could be a lot better! For instance:
  1. When I create a defect outside of a test run, it should sync the defect to Jira - and store a link to the newly created ticket (so the source of truth is Jira).
  2. When I am in a test run and I fail a step, I want the Jira checkbox to ALWAYS be selected... I dont want my users always trying to remember that they have to manually sync Jira defects (and they only get one chance to do it) -- whats the point of automation if it requires manual intervention?
I think this integration should be seamless and keep Jira as the source of truth rather than track multiple defect trackers.
