Sometimes, our cases can belong to more than one-type, i.e. smoke and regression, but there is no ability to choose multiple options from the default system fields. An alternative of setting up a custom field instead, while possible, is not optimal since in the editor mode of the case custom fields are further down on the page and you need to scroll to get them - while the default fields are right there on the top.
