We would very much like to switch to Qase from another very well known provider. According to our company policies and confidentiality agreements with our ( governmental) customers, it is not possible for us to switch unless we can host the application ourselves on our own servers. Alternatively, guaranteed hosting within Europe would be a possible solution, but still very difficult to implement if it comes from a non-European vendor. In addition, we would like to be able to schedule maintenance work ourselves, so that it fits optimally into our release cycle. We would like to be able to test newer versions ourselves on a staging environment and decide for ourselves whether they meet our requirements before we install them.

We therefore ask that you offer a self-hosted on premise solution in addition to the cloud solution.
