Make it so users don't need to press the refresh button to see the latest updates to a repository, suite, case, running tests, issues, etc. This essentially would mean adopting Conflict Free Replicated Data Types or Operational Transforms, websocket based communication to clients (most likely), and much more. I know that this is a big ask from an architectural standpoint, but this would greatly boost the end user experience.

Think Google Docs, or seeing lists or items update instantaneously on the screen the moment that a change is posted.
