Only update the automation status if a result is reported. Currently, an edit is required to automatically update the automation status. Some use cases will either intentionally not update from the automation or the user will have already matched data like the test title. In these cases, it would be helpful to still update the automation status

This is no longer true and this request can be removed. Test automation status updates even with no other field changes now.
