It would be very useful to have params in shared steps to reuse them from.
Example: I click on ${BUTTON_NAME}
and then add shared step with param BUTTON_NAME = "Login"

Make it possible to create global parameters.
When writing steps in a test case, make it possible to specify parameters in the "Data" field, for example, "{URL}/admin".
Select the desired environment when starting the test run and replace {URL} with the desired link in this step.
