Making "comments" more effective to communicate with other members

To facilitate communication among team members, it’s essential to utilize comments. It would be beneficial if we could notify each other about dependencies through comments.
Right now, comments are not functional to notify other team members, they only gets notified if they have been assigned to any issue.

You can now tag your members in the comments! Just type @ followed by their name, and they’ll get a notification (if they have notifications enabled). Give it a try!
