No way to see from the list, need to be able to see plans for each Suite/Case. Would be beneficial when testing only parts of a project which has changed. Would allow for more organization when testing.

Problem : Often, we end up with multiple test runs, one for each device, multiple runs for different sections or parts of the app, or simply a run for each environment. In some cases, especially the first two scenarios, we need a report that encompasses all these test runs into a single, unified view. Currently, we have to manage multiple separate reports, which is not ideal. Request : We want a way to visually group related test runs and also have the ability to export a combined report alongside individual test run exports. The combined report should provide consolidated statistics for a complete overview.

To give you more context of my flow: I create a set of new test cases These test cases have a custom field called "Project status" which by default has "Planned" I add these new test cases to a new test plan A few weeks later the project is ready for QA I executed the test plan and everything is green The project is delivered At this stage, I would like to update the "Project status" field to "Implemented" in bulk only for the test cases inside the test plan. Unfortunately at the moment I can't do this in bulk, but one by one. If the test plan has only 10-15 test cases it's rather fast, but if it contains 50 test cases, it's quite of a headache.

On an existing test run, it would be very helpful to have the ability to select a test plan. The test plan drop down is only available when creating a new test run. By selecting a test plan, the test cases in the test run would update with the selected test plan's test cases.

Currently I'm in STARTUP PLAN with my team, when executing test cases, if a step is marked as Passed, I need to manually copy the Expected result into the Actual result field before adding attachments (e.g., screenshots or logs). This process is repetitive and time-consuming, especially when handling multiple steps. Add a toggle setting (on/off) that allows automatic copying of the Expected result into the Actual result field whenever a step is marked as Passed. If enabled: clicking Passed will auto-fill the Actual result with the Expected result. The user can still edit the field and add attachments afterwards. If disabled: behavior remains the same as the current version (no auto-fill). Saves time by reducing manual copy-paste effort. Ensures consistency between Expected and Actual results in positive scenarios. Still allows flexibility for users to modify Actual result and add evidence. ((Please save my arm; I can't take it anymore doing this for 1,200 test cases per run.😭😭😭))

We need the ability to select multiple configs and/or multiple envs when selecting a run, so that multiple runs under the same 'cycle' umbrella are created, each with the same cases - or something similar to case parameters, but for the test runs.

Hello Qase Team, I’m currently working with test runs in Qase and have noticed that in the general list of test runs (under the "Test Runs" tab), there is no way to immediately see which configuration, environment, or milestone was selected during the test run creation. This information is only visible after opening each individual test run, which makes it difficult to quickly identify or filter relevant runs — especially when managing multiple parallel environments. Could you please let us know if there are any plans to: Display selected configuration(s), milestone, or custom tags directly in the test run list view? Allow customization of columns or metadata shown in the test run overview? It would greatly improve visibility and usability, especially for larger teams managing multiple test suites across different environments. Thank you in advance!

We need sometimes to duplicate test plans and save with another name. So we need the same predifined test set like in one of the previous plan.

Currently if within team we want to perform test plan review we need to use 3rd party system where we can comment out missing or excessive test cases for tested feature. To improve this comment section where developers and testers can add their thoughts and review comments would be helpful feature which would allow us to perform test plan review as well as keep history of changes (what need to be added, removed or changed) centralized within one tool before test plan get accepted and executed.

For our purposes we may like to have a base set of tests for our products, but have some small variations depending upon the version of the product we are testing. So being able to duplicate an existing test plan and then modifying that plan, rather than having to create a test plan from scratch again would save us time.
